Last Thursday the world celebrated Ghostbusters Day, marking 33 years since the debut of the original film.
While fans were met with many exciting, generous and unique surprises, there was one particularly heartwarming happening you may have overlooked that is worth sharing.
IT'S #GhostbustersDay EVERYONE!

And what better way to celebrate than unveiling our new Hero and member of the @Ghostbusters...Braeden! #FTW pic.twitter.com/79SKEt9Mww
For the Win Project, an organization that gives children in special circumstances a new sense of hope and motivation by giving them a chance to be their favorite heroes, teamed up with Ghost Corps and Sony Pictures. Together, they flew ghosthead Braeden Rios -- who suffers from bronchomalacia -- to Los Angeles so he could star in his very own Ghostbusters movie poster and trailer.
The project, which started as a GoFundMe campaign last July, greeted Braeden and his family with a video that included messages from Ghostbusters directors Ivan Reitman and Paul Feig upon arrival in Los Angeles.
During production, Braeden was able to sit behind the wheel of an Ecto-1 replica provided by fellow ghosthead Sean Bishop and use props from both the original and most recent Ghostbusters films.
The trailer is a collective labor of love -- with participation from several Ghostheads and volunteers -- including Dan Aykroyd, who reprised the role of Dr. Ray Stantz for this special occasion.
