What's a ‘stupid price’ to you? You'll pay at least $75 and up.

Your best bet is to wait for the 2 packs.

You won't get any of the 12" figures for under $100 most likely at this point.

Not to mention you'll also be getting different accessories, at least 1 slime blower, what looked to be a blaster stream, different interchangeable uniforms.

I mean there's not a better option IMO. I'm waiting for the 2-packs for this exact reason, I liked and wanted the 12" figures, but I'll just wait.

Mattel discussed them at SDCC.

That's what was shown. So it will be Winston and Peter in one two-pack, that will cost $120, and then later Egon and Ray in one two-pack that will also cost $120.

are they made of gold? I just went to toysrus and saw a batman 12 inch figure for 13 dollars…my indiana jones and terminator 12“ that i've opened cost an average of 24 dollars each..

why would 2 12” cost 120?

These cost a lot more to make then the figures at Wal-Mart. The average of one of these are sold for $60 on their website. If you don't want to buy it then fine. I was lucky to get my Egon for $90.

Ok, your original post was asking about how to get the 12“ figures without paying stupid prices. If $60 per figure is stupid to you, you easily could have already known that this line isn't for you. The retail on each 12” figure is $60, and always has been.

If that's too much for you fine, but don't complain about it, because these figures aren't like the crap you can go pick up at Toys R Us or Walmart.

No Peter..they actually cost very little to make. Hasbro makes very well made Star Wars 12“ figures that I been buying for 20 years. I have many of them open, some on display and others open but in the box because I don't have much room. The indiana Jones 12” they came out with for crystal skull were very nice and only cost about 23 dollars..

60 dollars for a toy is a lot of money, especially if i'm going to open it just to display it or look at it.

Even some of the new star trek 12" that came out for the new movie are very well made and only cost about 15 dollars at toysrus.
