I am 16 going on 17 and have been building props for about 2-3 years believe it or not! I have found that good prop building comes from first, good materials and plenty of references. Look around the net at the some of the Star Wars prop building sites, many have good tips that any prop builder should know. If you need some more help, feel free to e-mail me!
