2 Ghostbusters games or just one?

Now my question is the first one by Zootfly in development too or just the one by Vivendi? Please let me know because the first one looks like its about GB3 only and the second one looks like its about only Ghostbusters 1 and 2. I am not sure, you tell me please. Thanks.

As was explained at Ghostbusters HQ, the ZootFly concept isn't going to be developed any further than it already is because they didn't win the licence. The only game that'll be finished will be the one Vivendi.

Different thing to what we were talking about, he seemed to think the ZootFly concept was still being worked on alongside the Vivendi ones.
