Digital won't ever replace film; too many directors and DPs swear by film – Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, Roger Deakins, Spielberg, Scorsese… it would just be wrong on so many levels to take away good, warm, grainy, old-fashioned celluloid.

Plus, if film is ever completely phased out like that, then I might as well not bother being a director.

Anyone else in denial about this? AFAIC, film is not dead.
