Do you agree with the term “GBC Community?” Do you also agree with the statement that all websites have their own community? Do you also agree that we should seperate the entire community as such, what with sub-divisions and all that? Or should we all be one community?

we should all be one community.. anyone could agree with that… but sometimes things stand in ones goal, ya know?

Who really gives a shit? people go wherever they want and do whatever they want. The community in Question is anyone who likes Ghostbusters. That is all. BAM! plain and simple. Doesn't matter what the hell beliefs you hold, it is common interest that binds, and that's what makes community. get down with it.

Sparks put it best. The term “community” is like “generation”. It's vague. It could mean a lot of things.

We should all be one community, but then again, I wasn't the one who branched off and created a separate message board to go away from the already established one.

Earlier you guys wanted to deviate from GBC and you had nothing but bad things to say about the way people act and how things work here. Now you guys are upset that I acknowledge the other boards, as an alternative. And also, I mention them and cite them because you cannot act the same way here as you can there, and I mention them in direct context of situations where people complain that they can't act a certain way or do certain things that the majority of people here would disapprove and it would directly conflict with the rules.

We're a web forum with a group of regular members that post here often, and don't frequent any other boards, as well as a group of people that post both here and at several other sites.

We're a community… we're a community, GBHQ is a community, and NS is a community. There is also an overarcing community of people on all boards, the general internet Ghostbusters community. While some of us may choose to embrace several or all of these communities, others choose to remain in one, and that is their decision.

Telling me that I don't like a movie because I only post on one website isn't only bullshit, it's stupid. There's a community wherever there are people to form one, and those people are here, as well as in several other places.

If you don't like our community, or you don't want to acknowledge it as a community, then okay, that's fine. But don't expect us to bend to your whims. I'm not going to be told what I do and do not like by somebody that doesn't even know my name.
