Not sure how you've set it up, assuming with a word-processing program like Word or something? If it uses tabs etc. I recommend pasting the entire thing into a blank html document, in between the <PRE> & </PRE> tags this will force it to become courier and use all your formatting and spacing you've set in it, including tabs.
