A GB Wallpaper I need a suggestion on

so I got Photoshop. So I'm playing with it, and I did this so far, in my free time. (Yes, GBProps inspired it. Hope you dont mind me borrowing the theme, AJ.)

BUT I dont know what to put in the middle.

Everything is a smooth vectorish layout, a chunky gritty JPG wont seem to work right.

Any ideas?

Here's the Wallpaper:

Every area of white, aside from the Ghost is clear. So you can see an image behind the No-Ghost if I put one there.

Personally,I think some wierd smoke effect on black wouldnt look too bad.

That could work.

I updated it a little bit, I put “Ghostbusters” in the top left corner.

I was thinking of “Filling” the space with slime. 3/4s up, have it a little wavy and glowy with it dripping over the edge a bit.



…But then I realized I dont know jack-crap on Photoshop. XD

FILL IN THE BLACK ON THAT NO-GHOST EMBLEM, SOLDIER!

With wallpapers, I've always found that anything on the left side of the image is usually garbled because that is where the icons sit. So to me, a background is really just a nice kind of ‘filler’ for the part of the screen that doesn't have icons (generally the right side).

I actually think that what you have there is pretty much as good as it gets, before becoming gaudy or over-worked.

Hm. Maybe.

I'll post the updated version now, and See what you guys think. (If I should keep going, or not)

Plus the clear background, If you guys have Photoshop; Put whatever you want in the middle of it. I'll post the .psd too, why not?

Personally, I like the middle having nothing, I could move all my icons to there. If ya had a cool pic there, the icons would ether, cover up the cool pic, or what ever you'll have there, or the no ghost logo. Great job on the wallpaper. It looks good on my desktop! :-)
