These are the floor layouts of the movie Firehouse:

First Floor (Garage):

Second Floor (Unused in film):

Third Floor (Rec Room and Bedroom):

I'm to make sum revisions to those at some point.

TAS, the sign on your Firehouse design, is the Firehouse film inspired, or cartoon? In the cartoon, the sign's hung on the left hand side of the building, in the film, it's hung above the front door.

Dr. Riddle
I can't exacly remember what year it came out. I was in either 4th or 5th Grade. I was in 5th Grade during the 1996-1997 school year (I was born in 1986.).

Oy…now I really feel old. I graduated high school in '96…

you guys are forgeting the best part of the gb toy line. the proton pack.with a new line we get a new pack, that has lights and sounds but also looks like the pack from the films.don't you understand finally a proton pack that looks like the movies pack but it will only cost $20.00 now ever one who wanted a proton pack can get this very alsome and very cheap toy verson of the proton pack used by danny in the gb films. this would be a blessing and a money saver. :-)

uhhhh, hae to tell you but the chances of a proton Pack made from a toy line specific to comics is slim-to-none. Even if it was for an uber-cool tv show based on the comic it would be marketed for kids and would most likely be the size of the RGB toy proton pack, and most of us are too damn big to wear ours anymore.

Kingpin - Thnx for posting those firehouse floor plans.

Basicly the stuff Im doing is a combination of the movies, cartoons, comics, and the toys, ie Im taking what I like from all of them, and then combining it to make whatever final product.

With the firehouse, I knew it be too much or too big for them to try and make it accurately as a toy, so I looked at the old firehouse toy, and how it was set up, and went from there, ie square.

I basicly tried to think of everything I saw in all the diffrient GB stuff pertaining to the firehouse, then try to condense the floors into even squares, although that didnt leave alot of room.

I'll go back and draw the firehouse again, and basicly combine what you did, with what I had.

I thought either one of these would be funny to have over the toaster in the kitchen area.

Here's something that I was messing around with. There like dual guns, but in the GB fashion. The one on the bottom is a trap gun, the trap has been modified into a gun form, and the other (on top) is a spinning blaster that fires four streams at the same time (but they dont cross) both connect to a modified Proton Pack (not shown)

Here is a head shot of a new villian I came up with (he's got a familar quote though)

The black part of his hair is supposed to be like a flame that constantly moves around (like a flame)

There is some other stuff Ive been working on, but I havnt scanned yet, but I'll probaly post it the next time I post.

Intresting stuff, looking good. Glad the floorplans will proove useful.

I kinda prefer the second warning: Warning Toaster may eat hand!

You've got somne pretty original ideas, that Ghost Trap gun and Proton Minigun/Chaingun (If you don't have a name) certainly could be used in the fiction universe, I think NOMAD might've had something like that canon.

Nice work, but GB II hasn't happened in the comic book yet. Everything has to resemble it's first movie counterpart, unless it's non-official.

Sorry I havnt posted in a few days, I was on short trip/vacation.

Im still working on the toy designs and stuff like, but I dont really have any new toy related art to post, cause I wanna post alot of it all at once.

But in the meantime while you're waiting for that you can check out this little idea I came up with (although I suggest you reply to it, in its own thread, and keep this thraed on topic)

I dont have a name for the spinning gun yet, but I guess something like the Proton Chaingun or Proton Omni Blaster would work (although these weapons are bit more future of GB, so I put them in my other thread)

Yeah, thats true thnx for mentioning that, cause it saves me from having to do any stuff concerning the second movie (at the moment)

Another thing folks don't realize about the action figure industry is based on what the comapny which owns the characters being produced will allow to be made, and the amount of budget allowed toward making action figures and playsets.

I do believe, however, that if Palisades would have got the Ghostbusters' license we would have seen some GREAT work–playsets or not. They don't just go halfway.

Join www.Palisadestoys.com and you'll see what I mean. Depending on what the character(s) is/are allow(s) for in the form of articulation they can use.
