I would agree with a suspension, but it's just like a kid getting suspended at school. He knows he can come back and still be a pain in the ass. I'm still for regular banning…

members are banned for a reason (duh). mostly by breaking the rules, but if he/she gets themselfs banned outside of the rules why not add a new rule?

I'm not sexist, I just happened to notice that MOSTLY guys cause problems, and get banned for it.
