the TMNT i am talking about are the movies, with those ninja dudes wearing the rubber costumes, lol, it was my mistake because when i heard that they were doing a animated TMNT, i thought it was TMNT4, the sequel in the movie franchises, but as it wasnt i see why people like it and it was done well cuz it was based on comics, thats totally fine , i just didnt like it cuz i was dreaming of a 4th movie, and they gave me this thats all

Well TMNT was a sequel, just not really a direct one. Remember at the end of the film they had the septer from TMNT 3 on their “trophy wall”. Also the Shredder the helmet, which looked liked it was styled after the second film and not the comics, and obviously not the new series.

I am getting real sick of these Remakes. So far, remakes have been flopping in the Box Office. “The Day The Earth Stood Still” is proof of that. I think…

As far as remakes go, I hope they dont remake some of my Crown Jewels of the Silver Screen. Some of those films being Disney's “TRON” and Ghostbusters. I GREW UP WITH THEM!! DONT RUIN THEIR IMAGE!!

I'm afraid Star Trek is heading for the same fate.

The A-Team is being remade too into a film. Suppose to be out June of next year, and so is RoboCop. I love both of those franchises, and hopefully they'll be ok.

Not all remakes are bad or flops. Most of them are pretty decent.

I like the new TMNT movie. I also liked transformers. They have been talking also about remaking the back to the future trilogy. And as I love those movies I really really hope they just dont. There's talk about a new masters of the universe movie. I liked the low budget old one with Dolf. But that is a movie I can agree could use a remake.

About these remakes. I personally believe that movies that are good shouldnt be remade at all. For no reason. I think it all started with all that bollywood bs.

Well, a new Masters of the Universe movie wouldn't really be a remake of that one, it would be a reboot movie for the franchise. I didn't really like the one with Dolph, and he didn't quiet say the famous “I have the Power” line quiet right, but he was still good.

I'm looking forward to a Masters of the Universe film though, and the from whats been talked about, the story is going to like the cartoon, and not like the film, which is good to hear.

I really liked the Skeletor in the live action MotU movie.

I know that the movie had lots of flaws. Especially since alot of characters where missing. Moslty missed was battle cat. But with todays CGI that wouldnt be a problem. The old movie was under constant trouble budget wise. So if you consider those facts I think they did pretty good on the movie.

I had heard a while back that the first draft of the new MoTu script was about He-man being a G.I soldier that was lost in a jungle somewhere on earth on an unknown island named eternia. So I am way glad that script got tossed.
