Activision sues Brutal Legend

You know Activision is now the worst people I have ever seen in my lfe.

http://kotaku.com/5279036/activision-sues-brutal-legend-devs-to-halt-release

They are trying to halt the production of Brutal Legends despite them giving it up back in October last year. They claim they deserve damages for this game being late and them forking over $17 million.

You know, lately both Activision and Take two have been real dicks about their finaces. Excuse the language.

They sit here and cancel projects and then kick the developers when they are down.

I was about to post this, but Activision continues to sink further and further into Douchebaggery.

At least I can still support Take-Two, Activision, not so damn much.

I too was about to post this.

I am slowely starting to wonder if there is something going on insider Activision right now. I mean like if they are slowely losing lots of money or are going out of business so they are trying to get money anyway they can.

Not really, they're just run by a big douche that wants nothing but money and more money, anyway he can get it.

I like Tim Schafer even more now.

“Hey, if Activision liked it, then they should have put a ring on it,” Schafer said. “Oh great, now Beyoncé is going to sue me too.”

I wouldn't be surprised if all of sudden they sued Atari and TRI if Ghostbusters did well.

But this is freaking unbelievable, Activision is becoming the new EA.

EA made a rather funny statement as well in relation to this: “be like a husband abandoning his family and then suing after his wife meets a better looking guy.”

Its hard for me, since Id, another one of my favorite developers of all time for obvious reasons, continues to publish under Activision, so when the new Wolfenstein comes out and whenever Doom 4 shows itself, its going to be hard for me to purchase them.

Thankfully EA is publishing Rage, I hope Id switches soon.

Activision bosses claim they never relinquished rights to the game and insist Double Fine bosses improperly transferred the Brutal Legend to EA.

Well, that's obviously a lie. They wouldn't go make that huge fuss about dropping it along with Ghostbusters and for it to be picked up by another publisher if they still held the rights to it.

Mr. Kotick, you can kiss my ass.

Make him do it wearing a frilly dress and calling you “master”.

Haha! I've known that Activision was going to do this for a while. I think the Rolling Stones song “Satisfaction” kinda fits their situation. They can't get no Satisfaction (with the losses they keep turning up with.)
