:d Fritz has given me an interesting idea. For an Alternate Universe issue, how about this:
There are only three differences between the normal Universe and this one:
1.) The Ghostbusters of this Universe look different (Maybe Mark Brooks/El Diablo could drop in and help out with this.
):
Dr. Peter Venkman has a part in his hair, instead of a receding hairline, a different face, he’s 6’1”, and he wears a dark brown jumpsuit W/ green-blue trims (With a nametag, in the style/font that was used in GB II.).
Dr. Egon Spengler has a big twirly blonde funnel-shaped hairdo, he has a different face, he’s 6’5”, wears thin circular-shaped red glasses, and he wears a dark blue jumpsuit W/ pinkish trims (With a nametag, in the style/font that was used in GB II.).
Dr. Raymond Stantz has auburn (Reddish-colored.) hair, he has a different face, he’s chubby, he’s 5’11”, and he wears a tan jumpsuit W/ brown trims (With a nametag, in the style/font that was used in GB II.).
Winston Zeddemore has shorter sideburns, he has a different face, he isn’t as muscular, he’s 6’2”, and he wears an aqua jumpsuit W/ reddish trims (With a nametag, in the style/font that was used in GB II.).
All of their equipment looks exactly the same as it is the normal Universe.
2.) They have more Vehicles:
Ecto-2: A two-person gyrocopter W/ a Proton Canon.
Forget about the Ecto-3. It just isn’t worth using or bringing up!
Ecto-4: A small gyrowing Aircraft designed and built by Dr. Egon Spengler. It can hold it's pilot and at least four passengers. It's equipped with a Proton Canon, but it's real jewel is the built-in Transdimensional Drive, an evolution of Egon's earlier Dimensional Gate technologies. The drive is hideously expensive to build and operate, however. Egon is the main pilot.
3.) They have a pet – The very first Ghost that they ever busted, the Class V Full-Roaming Vapor from the Sedgewick Hotel, and his name is “Slimer”.
Seriously, this would make a great Alternate Universe issue. If there’s never going to be an RGB Revival, and we’re never going to see the RGB’s anymore, then we could at least see them this one last time, as sort of a salute to them. And who knows, maybe they could get a proper farewell this time around. . .
