I made this fan film early last year, on a night when me and my friends had nothing to do. It all began when my good friend Allstar put on my ghostbusters uniform, and we got this idea to combine ghostbusters with the television series COPS. So we grabed the camera and “headed out into the mean streets of Brantford” ontario to bust some ghost, and this is what we came up with.
At the time the movie Silent Hill was being filmed in down town Brantford, so we mannage to use some of the set in our shots (The tunnel and store fronts).
It turned out well in my opinion considering we just had a basic concept, a camera, and threw it together in windows movie maker the same night. The ammature feel of it also adds to the humor. P.S.
It'd be great if some one was willing to spend the time adding in some visual effects (proton beam, and ghostly glow) to this video. I'd do it myself, but unfortunitly don't have the editing software. So if your interested in potentially creating visual effects for this video notify me.

Well aparently people really don't like it or find it funny. Keep in mind that it was put together in one night with no preporation, and the acting is all improvisation. Its obviously not going to match up with the standards of great gb fan films, hence the word ammature in the forum title. It was more or less a way to entertain ourselves and express our love of the original ghostbuster films.

exactly! Its somthing I created out of my love for ghostbusters, that I thought other fans might enjoy.

I'm open to constructive critisism, but simply being told that it “sucks” without justification isn't specific, and serves no other purpose but to simply be critical. If you would like to critisize thats ok, but please back up your opinions.

And please I ask the viewers to take the video with a grain of salt. The whole thing is a joke created out of bordum no need to over analyze.

Although, you could've put the ‘ghost’ in a sheet.
