Wow, that site is a splitting image of this one. But, what if he didn't steal it? What if the guy knows chad? I think chad is the only one who can say it was stolen… I mean, I think it probably was, and I think that the guy who stole it is a bastard if he did, but come on, if this is the case I'm sure chad will deal with it and besides that, there really is no definite way to tell who created the design first. For all any of us may know(I'm not saying this is the case in anyway) chad stole the design from that site. Whatever the deal is, it'll get worked out in the end. So save the flames and the hate and stuff. Chad will take care of it. Besides, writing to the guy at that site will probably get you a “That site stole MY design” in response so it's pretty pointless.
I also resent the remark about trek fans.

To make things perfectly clearn, Trekinside.com stole the design and source code from Ghostbusters.net.
I have proof and my lawyers are looking into the case at this moment. Simply look at his page source, it speaks for itself.

You know if the guy liked the GB site's look so much, he always could have just ASKED FOR or PURCHASED the code from Chad and still used it WITH PERMISSION. Instead he swiped it and is going to have Legal problems for his trouble.

Well, that guy is a blanet idiot for one. This site is copyrighted 1996-2001, his is only 2001. If he was to try to use “well, I had mine copyrighted before” excuse it won't hold… I'd like to see him con his way outta this one. See people think they MUST make a website for the better of the net. This is probably some newb site with junk info like all the other petty ones. The net would be far better if the good sites stayed (this one of course!) and the junk ones go…

I can't beleive he cant even make his own site, he has to steal someone else's. I hate people who steal other people's work. If that ever happened to me, I'd have to sue the stupid person for every penny they have….gosh, this makes me mad.
