I picked up the new album last weekend and it's very good. So I wondered if there are any other fans here?
This group's drummer is the actor Jason Schwartzman from Rushmore, with Bill Murray, and the more recent, Slackers.

Yes, in fact I was planning on posting a message about this today after all the store dama subsided. I'm a huge phantom planet fan. I think they will do well commercially.

Let's hope so. Their album is getting good reviews and it's a quality CD. They rock.
