Anybody know how to convert a tape to cd? onto the computer i mean?

do you mean a video tape or audio tape? if it's audio then all you hae to do is get a tape player that has a headphone out socket then get a double ended cable and plug one end into the headphone socket on the tape player and the other into the line in socket on your computer… then use a mp3 player/ recorder program and set it up to record from the line in on your computer and bingo… the best software i found is musicmatch dukebox… it gives best quality for the amount of disk space used… hope this helps….

Well i got the cord and all, but where do i get the software? I dunno where musicmatch dukebox is at or any other programs are at to record stuff from an audio tape to a mp3 on the computer are at. Can somebody please tell me?
