alright, im working with 30 meter easy cast 4-l0lb line attached to a mini bobber, then 4-6 ft away is a single 3 hook brown fly with a 5 gram sinker at the end of the line about 4 feet away from the fly giving a more lively effect on the fly in moving water. im fishing in a river containing whitefish, trout and the odd pike, sizes ranging from 2-10lbs in a maxium depth of 15-20 ft and the speed of the current is roughly 15-40 kph. now i switched from maggots to powerbait, i got nothing in a week. im switching back to live bait (grass hoppers, maggots, worms…) now. but is there anything i should change with my line setup because its been fairly successful in the past in river/still water fishing. thanks.
