The episodes are blurry because of the Real Media streaming… if they were done today with Quicktime or Windows Media Player they'd be much better in quality.

Okay, “it will be back” eh? Hmmm… (*peter) heres my 2 cents if ya have the time chad. i know that Real Player used to be the choice of many many webmasters a long time ago, but times have changed.
Is real player still worth it for the RGB ep's or is it time to kick it up a notch with WMV format? (*peter)

How hard would it be to convert all of those episodes to WMV?

I would have to recapture / reencode all 180 episodes again. Since I captured and encoded the episodes nearly 10 years ago, the quality was geared toward 14.4 / 56k users. I can't “upconvert” the image quality. That would be like trying to blow up a 20x20 jpeg into an 800x800 wallpaper. The quality would be incredibly pixelated and distorted.

I have thought about reencoding everything and I'm leaning towards quicktime, however, this is a trivial aspect of GBN 2.0, as it doesn't really add something new or original. I don't want to put any of my old cheap moves on you. Ohhhh no! I've got all NEW cheap moves!
