Don´t worry, if it is the XBox 360, it won´t work, the RRoD problem will be present by then and the guarantee won´t work anymore.

It seems like it, doesn't it? Sigh, unfortunately, the status is unknown at the time. Ugh, wish Activision didn't drop this, especially since its 7 days away since the original release date.
