yeah, but that wouldn't be an artbook, why would anyone want to see

Photo of Dr. Peter Venkman, a stack of textbooks sit next to him while he reads… while listening to a walkman.

Thats fine to see in a comic and all, but an art book is meant to showcase really good art about whatever, not tell a story.

I think the art book will be very similar to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Artobiography.

The point of the photo of Peter listening to a stero, was to show what he was like, he can study…but cuts corners.

I think Orko described what it would be: An Artobiography. :-)

I'm not talking about the point of the photo, but why would there be a picture of somethign like that in an art book. Artbooks are strictly about the art, not to tell any stories, so when the art book comes just expect to see a bunch of different pictures from a bunch of different artists with no captions

Okay, so he's using a broader defination of “art book”…it's still a pretty good idea.

Thank you. That's what I've been trying to tell him, but he doesn't seem to be able to understand it. :p

No worries, I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding. Honestly, there are so many times on the internet (and in real life too, but that's another story) where people use the flat out wrong words to describe something, that it really gets frustrating…so I see where he's coming from.

This, however, is just a matter of a broader definition that is being used to help purvey an idea that doesn't really have a name per se… so hopefully, all is now right again.

It's not a bad idea, I just wouldn't waste a whole art book on it, but it cool be made into a miscelaneous issue easy

Okay. Fair enough.
