How do you unlock the video game art work and the other movies on the game?

just playing through the game, scanning ghosts etc etc

I don't believe that is correct because I have done that. I have scanned everything and even got the achievement for it. I have beaten the game 3 times and still no Art work and videos unlocked.

Nevermind the art work popped up. It's weird because it said they were locked but then i just looked and now they aren't.
