Only the US office remains now.

Stating the obvious, this likely explains why Sony stepped in to publish Ghostbusters.

This looks extraordinarily bad…

It seems to me that Atari's financial woes are to blame for the PAL region fiasco. Sony was just doing what they could so their own consoles wouldn't miss out on the 25th Anniversary.

Let's just hope the US office stays open long enough to put out Ghostbusters in the States and that all the changing of hands doesn't give the game bad press.
