Please excuse me and erase this if this has already been discussed or mentioned but I recently found that one of the exhibitors of NYC Comic Con 2009 will be Atari, INC?
Booth 1557

Not sure if this link will work:

Wouldn't surprise me, but the question would be whether they'd have a new preview of the game.

I'd like to think they'd have something, seeing as there wasn't anything at the comic convention in New York last year.

Anyone in the Tri-state area thinking about going? Let me know.

According to Kotaku, Atari will be showing off Riddick and Ghostbusters at the NYCC.

It's only 40 bucks for a Saturday pass, but I'll need to pay another 40 on a bus ticket to get out there. I'm strongly considering on going, but I'll be pissed if I went through all that trouble and I didn't get a chance to play the game.

Ok, I'm heading to CT this weekend for a Flyers game… leaving on Friday. If I wanted to, I could leave really early Friday, head to NYC (which I'm basically driving through anyway to go to CT), and check this out. I'm seriously debating this.

I live about 500 miles away from NYC, so I'm definatly not going(*egon)
plus, I have to work But, I do beleive that there will be another playable demo, or at least news of it's release.(*peter)

So, to all who are going, be sure to take A LOT! of pics/videos.

I plan to take a digital camera and snap some photos. If I have enough memory I'll put up a vid on youtube or something.

Just speaking from experience; The NYCC is always jammed packed and sold out. Don't be surprised if you can't get in if you haven't already bought tickets. A couple of years ago even that wasn't enough; the NY fire-marshal stopped letting people in after a couple of hours and everyone waiting in line without a three day pass was asked to leave.

If you live close and have nothing better to do it might be worth a try, but if you are coming from far away and hoping to get lucky…

So wait, paying $30 for a Friday pass doesn't guarantee you entry? Cuz that's what I'm planning to do.
