From there you can upload an appropriately sized pic to your profile from your computer.

For a mint Stay Pufft marshmellow man, you should try to contact http://www.spaceoddity.nl/ I know they have them, and a few other RGB toys MOC. They'll ship worldwide.

By the way, I'm absolutely positive they have it, because I'm checking their GB stuff once a half year. It's 20 Euro's to buy one and they have two of them. Mine's MOC too, but I'm not selling it

The card its on is not in the best shape, but you might be able to get it more cheaply. I am not sure what exactly you want for condition other than for the toy itself.
