How long will it be before gif avatars will go back to normal?

There's actually been a problem posting images in signatures too. There's no problem with the mods doing it, but when I did it, it wasn't working and there was at least one other person who said this as well.

While I'm not familiar with VBulletin Admin functions, based on the other softwares I have adminned, my first guess would be that the Permission settings for avatars and signatures are set differently for Users and Moderators. Chad would be the only one in a position to fix it.

Basically, until Chad fixing this, only Mods and Admins can use signatures. I have the same problem, as do many other people here.
