Ok, been a while since my last ‘coming’
But now I see we get avatars, nice. What I would like to know is why they are uploaded as JPGs? Terrible, I get the jpg particles and it makes them look terrible. I would like to see them as GIFs so I could add transparencies and possibly a little animation. I'm pretty sure the change won't really increase size that much.

They are jpegs because I don't want animations on the site. Sorry about that. 
Some animations are nice, but they easily get out of control and make the site look like a … well, you know.

I tried to put a gif on the site( The dancing banana, from Peanut Butter Jelly Time) and it didnt work. Now I know.

Oh what about size limiting? You could have an animated gif if filesize is lessthan 100k or some filesize
