may I suggest possibly adding some awards that apply to art & drawing? Most fanfic teams usually have an artist or two making pics of their team. I think it's only fair to look at the artwork as well as the literary work.

Not exactly. One rule for divisions is that they must have a BIO section for the members. Under there, you can post a picture of your degree. What I'm doing is making my list of degrees a link that makes a picture pop up, showing said degree.
Peter Kong, what these awards are for is character development…what you may be thinking of is site awards.
Unless the character you play is an artist, I don't see awards for site artwork. That would be a whole other ball game.
What I'm looking at is developing these characters.
If someone wants to award site artwork or layout, go right ahead. I just wanted these awards to be something akin to the medals and stripes that a soldier wears on his uniform.

I agree with vincent on the artwork thing, the awards should be given to the agents, not their artists
