Ban on any MMA fighter to appear in EA's MMA videogame

UFC has stated that any non-UFC-affiliated fighter who signs on to appear in EA’s MMA will “forever be banned for fighting in the UFC.”


Seems kind of drastic, and well stupid.

Frankly the whole UFC thing is over-hyped. It seems silly and extreme, but can't say I'm surprised knowing what it's related to.

I agree with you, thats, well, kinda odd, dramatic, drastic, and stupid. I mean, I don't watch UFC, but yeah, though I'm kinda guessing its now related to EA's NFL issues.

MMA is Mixed Martial Arts……

I would think UFC would want their fighters to be in it so they could get more publicity.

thats strange since a UFC MMA fighter appeared on another of EA's games somewhat recently.
