It's interesting to read about the differences between the Marvel GB Comic and the Now comic. Were the stories featured in Now very similar to the TV epsodes?

I don't really remember the Marvel Ghostbusters Comic running for a long period of time. I seem to recall it “disappearing” around the time Ghostbusters started to be less popular.

I don't really remember the Marvel Ghostbusters Comic running for a long period of time. I seem to recall it “disappearing” around the time Ghostbusters started to be less popular.

I'd say they were quite similar in tone to the cartoons… with possible a greater degree of scope when it came to storytelling… I bet you could tell more in a 22 page comic then in a half hour cartoon.

I also recall it vanishing from sight around mid 1990s.

I can imagine how the Now comic vanished in the mid-90s, no-one wanted to think about Ghostbusters by then- the biggest craze at that time were the Power Rangers, No-one even seemed to be bothered about Ghostbusters as far back as 1992. I'm not sure when the Marvel comic finished.

I was talking about Marvel's comic… I don't know when NOW's RGB comic stopped publication.

Fritz would, though.

The last NOW was published in 1993, sporradically before that.

The Marvel ended about the same time.

I didn't realise the Marvel comic lasted until around 93- ages after the Ghostbusters craze died down. I don't remeber seeing the comic after 1990 or early 1991
