Just saw the whole thing on TV.. They even played the GB theme while he was walking towards the mic. after everyone in the Crowd chanted “VENKMAN VENKMAN VENKMAN”..

It has to be. Whatever Murray had been thinking previous, and I'm assuming here that he never goes to fan conventions, etc, the wave of affection and reverence directed at him from that moment on stage would undoubtedly re-affirm any suspicious that he really should give the GB franchise a proper send off.
