I dont know if you guys have this because i cant find it. it would be nice to have a mark all posts a read button on the main page. just so i can read the posts i want and then instead of going to each forum and marking them as read. it would save me time because i really have no reason to post in the comic forum or others

I'm sorry, but WHAT exactly are you suggesting?

Sorry mate but phpb boards don't have that feature, I believe. You'll have to go to each section to press mark as read. But if there's some sections you don't bother with, then it doesn't really matter. Also, when you log out, everything automatically becomes marked read.

I have no idea what you are talking about.

Once you leave the forum and exit your browser, all the messages in the forum will be marked as read.

Give it a try. Click on File and Close.

Double click on IE or Firefox, whichever browser you are using, and than go back to this forum. Now you see it's already been marked as read.

If it does not do it, than something is wrong with your browser.

On some forums there's a MARK POSTS READ which once clicked, marks posts read even if you hadn't looked at them… the only difference is that the little icon is grey and inactive, instead of orange.
