Bot Skins

I just figured out how to use bots, and thats cool and all, but they're all Egon. Is there any way i can change their appearence, like in the screen shots? Like the one where they're all fighting staypuft and the whole gang is there? Also, in regards to the face on the bottom of the screen, can that be changed? I can change my own skin, but the face doesnt change. Any help would be great
