Brilliant Idea For Proton Pack!

After brainstorming with my dad, I found a great, but cheap, way to make your proton pack look metal. The materials needed are, styro foam, car body filler, and electric sander, and black spray paint. Cut and shape the styro foam the way you need it. Then, apply the body filler to the foam. Next sand the body filler smooth, and apply 2 coats of black spray paint. This works! It's easy! It looks metal!
Body filler can be found in Walmart of Kmart. Body filler's real purpose is to fill in dents in cars, so it is made to look like metal

Are you suppose to coat all the styrofoam with this stuff because it may just be easier to use styrene plastic. Nice idea though.

Who ever it was who asked about how much needs to be coated, cover all the styrofoam.

Okay, let me explain this slowly. First buy body filler. It is used for filling in dents and cars, and doesn't cost much. Now when you make a proton pack, make everything, except the main board, out of stryofoam. Once all te foam is shaped. Put the body filler over all the foam. Next sand it until it is smooth. The foam should be hard like metal. Put some primer paint on it, and then put on 2 coats of black spray paint. I hope this explains it better to those who question my idea.

Interesting. Now's where we test my intelligence. Is it durable?
