In Episode I of the Clerks animated series Dante sees that on the shutters it says in red “Clerks burn in hell”. He opens the shutters and on the window it says the same, in the same color. Is this a refrence to GB?

DEfinitly could be, because instead of saying the usual “Burn in hell Clerks” it chooses to word it as “Clerks burn in hell”. Which, is gramatically correct yet widely unused in the English language as we tend to place the meat of the sentence before the noun.
