I still don't have a website up and running, but tonight the Central Indiana Ghostbusters debuted at a Halloween parade in Decatur, Indiana.

I suited up and headed to Decatur with one of my best friends, Doug, to watch my old band march in a competition. Doug was dressed as a ghost captured in my ion stream. (yellow yarn, I'll have pictures up later in the week) When we got there we bumped into the lady who was organizing the parade. She was so impressed with my costume that she put us in the parade.

The best part came when we discovered that one of the marching bands who was part of the competition was playing the Ghostbusters theme. We ended up walking along with them after walking the parade route on our own.

People loved the costumes. Shouts rang out from the packed crowd on either side of the street. The warm welcome even has Doug thinking of investing in a uniform soon.
