A federal appeals court ruled that the FCC doesn't have the authority to enforce Net Neutrality on internet providers.

Comcast has a face…that I'd like to punch…but then I'd get static on my tele. They have a monopoly, unfortunately that has is hard to disband.

Oh, wait, CUSTOMERS. Ah, gotcha. I was thinking, “Why do costumers need to be afraid? Is Comcast going to shut down their internet service if they post pictures of their costumes?”

Sadly Comcrap is the only option in our town (unless one moves about 6 blocks closer to Boston, but the housing prices go way up accordingly). I've noticed a number of non-sharing sites that we've been accessing with no issues starting to come up as “no such server”–when this happens it can necessitate a hard modem reset to get to the site–as well as a lot of reset packets being sent (verified to be from Comcrap) with no good reason. Megaupload is also showing problems.
