I think the only other time it's been this close was with the Aykroyd script in the nineties. This time, though, the script seems to be backed by all parties sans Murray. So this is looking good! I wonder how long it'll take for him to decide though.

i think it's by far closer than the last time. This is closest we have ever been, and ever will be. There will never be another chance (INSERT GB LOGO CROSSING FINGERS)

all murray has to do is throw his back out and this movie is done lol , wish he would just realize life is short and take the back seat on this one.

Take the back seat? How is he the only one who should take a back seat? They're all old, but necessary characters in the film.

This news quite a relief really, even if it doesnt get made, atleast we heard straight from a source that isnt Dan, that everything we've heard so far is inaccurate. My current worries are gone, but that doesnt mean i don't have paranoia of future bad news.

Bill started that Ghost-Venkman rumor from the get-go, and if he hasnt read anything yet, then, i geuss it was all a rumor afterall. Sigh. thats good news, that was probably my biggest worry.

Now I´m just waiting for Bill´s reactions about the script… and I hope he likes it, so they all can start filming late this year.
