I've been around many many different types of message boards. From PHPBB, to UBB, and many handmade ones, PHPBB seems to be the most versatile of them all. It's is, in my opinion, and most likely a fact, that is the most customizable board code out there.
As it has been said, this board is new. it takes time to add all the bells and whistles features. However, just about any bell and whistle you could imagine on a BB can be added.
So, just relax a little and give it time.
