Woah, hang on- Ghostbusters 3? Unless all of the original cast members are planning to be in it, I sincerely hope that's just a rumor. (I HATE sequels and triquels that have totally different people than the originals… Pretty hokey…) | Personally, though, if Dan Aackroyd, Bill Murray, etc. are planning to do this, I'd be beyond psyched!

Well, you needn't worry, as for the moment, no one's making a third movie. However, you might want to rethink your position on having the old cast - assuming this movie gets made in the next decade, the entire cast will be in their fifties. That's a little old to be running around fighting ghosts without some new blood.

Besides, without a new cast, there's not possiblity of further movies.

It's a moot point - nobody wants to make a third movie right now, so until someone comes to a decision, I wouldn't worry about it.

On a side note, there's a lot of discussion about a third movie in other threads. Maybe you could contribute your thoughts there.
