Odd that Spooky can't ban people. I find it interesting that you can dictate what you got banned for. Despite the fact you had been warned in the chat several times before, kicked from the chat several times before, as well as I having posted the exact reason you were banned here.

Funny because that isn't at all what happened and I must have missed you posting why I was banned here… I posted the CTS episode 3 thread, went into the chat and Spooky and Dan_Aka started asking me what my role was in the show. I said I wrote a segment for them and I was immediately kicked and then 10 minutes later I was banned from the site. I never said anything to be warned about or even kicked. Just because I wrote for the show. I beg of you to go read the logs for that night.

Do I control Kingpin? Is that what you are suggesting? Last time I checked, your argument should be PC = Ghostheads as they seem to lock your threads there and they actually do host the show.

I'm saying that there is this collectively mentality amongst you moderators… If it wasn't Kingpin who tried to lock this thread, it would have been Zack or any of the other people that are mods at GBfans and mods here… Sorry to single you out Kingpin… Proton Charging has always posted a news article when our shows released and I couldn't thank Castewar enough for giving us that kind of coverage… GBfans on the other hand, locks our threads and bans everyone who works on the show…

The point was that we didn't whine and complain about the attacks you made in your show. Obviously someone at GBfans got sand in their vag about the whole thing because I got banned and the thread was locked and people posted all these inflammatory pictures in it… Even if we did whine/complain, no one would listen… You say you didn't whine and complain and we still got banned… Remember, you are a mod and all your friends are mods. It makes a little difference…

I know that people at GBfans are trying to get Castewar to boycott us and that they tried to get Chad to boycott us too… If that doesn't point to some big overarching conspiracy, I don't know what does? Actually if you check your webhost's Terms of Use policy, most likely they have a clause that prohibits the use of one's image without their expressed persmission. It's a pretty standard thing for hosts, I'm not sure who you guys use but look it up.

Ya, go take a picture of someone on the street and print it in a newspaper tomorrow… The person has no legal recourse as they gave up their right to privacy when they left their house… Check your own website, did you get the permission of the Ghostbusters to use their pictures? No. The same thing applies when someone posts a picture of themselves on the internet and then on a public forum… It's fair game. Like I said, it wasn't even insulting to you… It was a picture of a drunk Brendan with his arm around you… What's so offensive about that?? If I read the situation correctly, that is the whole reason you are mad and why you told Brendan that you've “enjoyed seeing our show go down hill”. Yea, there's no malice in that…

Threaten? Really. it was an If - Then statement. Not a threat. Would you stop trying to make this a petty argument? I do not have a problem with the picture, or the audio - otherwise I would have done something. To this point I have done nothing to you, Brenden, CTS, anyone involved. In fact the only person out of this entire group I have a problem with is Shades, and that's from a seperate issue entirely.

Alot of other people have posted on this thread too… Are you saying that Chad, Kingpin, Brendan etc are all just trying to provoke things and generate ill will like you did about me and the other guys? The reason I'm making a fuss is because I was banned because I worked on something that insulted your show. Come on… I wasn't a troll and I didn't go on the boards and flame anyone, I didn't spam and I did nothing else to warrant being banned. A mod asked me if I wrote a segment and I said yes. Within a 10 minute period of time following that, I was banned. Is it that hard to connect the dots here?

Perhaps if you reread my original reply, you would see I am trying to find a resolution to this situation that would culiminate in both of you being unbanned. You are making this difficult by egging this thread on. (See your first post) I never declared you had an agenda, perhaps you do I honestly don't know. I would hope not, and I would hope you don't have any issue with me - as I know of none I have with you.

The reason I am “egging this on” is because I haven't been given the opprotunity to give my half of the story. That's the problem with the internet and it really pisses me off. The people in positions of authority can censor/block/ban people for things without giving their side of the story. My position is that I was banned because I wrote something that mocked your show. Since you are friends with a bunch of Nazis, they all took it personally and decided to ban me for it. If that isn't the biggest load of ****, I don't know what is… If you wanted to ban me, that is totally different because then I could say “grow up”. It's the fact that people that have nothing to do with the situation and are mods on a THIRD PARTY site decided to gang up and ban me because I attacked another THIRD PARTY show is crazy in my opinion. The whole situation is incredibly insulting and I am really offended that I was just summarily banned by some vast Ghosthead conspiracy.

You just said it was over written and that was that… Therefore, we decided to proceed with it unilaterially after your last show aired (because it was a GREAT idea)…
