rare? no. cheap? 12 pounds which is like 24 bucks roughly american/canadian, well thats about right.

I personally dont see many on ebay with the box and in full mint condition. Call me crazy but thats rare

the box? so, could care less about the box, its not like its inside the box never opened infact you can keep your crumpeled up and creased box, it has no value, your getting confused with stuff that STILL IN THE BOX. as for the firehouse being rare, call me crazy but there not rare. infact I think rgghost is trying to get rid of his.

I have that box along with the firehouse. I dont know, there's magic to the packaging of the ghostbusters merchandise. I kept as much of the packaging from ghostbusters material as possible.

BTW, theres at least 5 firehouses on ebay for sale right now, not incl yours.
