I can't believe what I'm reading. I really hope she comes back. It wouldn't be the same without her. She was so integral to the first two. I'd rather part 3 was a repeat of the first two than a “passing of the torch” to other characters.

I Agree with you because Sigourney Weaver is my #1 Favorite Actress and she will be in Ghostbusters 3. It's been Confirmed because Dana's Son Oscar will be a Ghostbuster taking over his Dad Dr. Peter Venkman because Dr. Venkman will be a Ghost in GB3 after he gets killed off in the first reel of GB3. Rick Moranis will come out of retirement to Join his GB Pals along with Sigourney because She's already in along w/ her GB Pals the 4 Ghostbusters!!!

But that's one of the common “complaints” of GB2 - it followed too closely to the first.
