Rusty Trombone, I've already had to lock on of your threads, and delete three duplicates. You should bring basic respect and decency to this forum with every post. If you continue to ignore the rules, we may have to temp ban you, which is not something we like to do.

So please, get back on topic and abide by the rules (they are very simple, we don't ask much).

You're right, I shouldn't have gotten off topic. But you have to appreciate the irony of the situation here. From what I've gathered from who some of the people on this are, I couldn't resist making 40yr. virgin jokes. Had I more time on my hands I'd join a Star Wars Forum and kill and afternoon with them. But I am sincerely sorry, I apologize for all those I've offended, and so here's a peace offering, or should I say piece offering:

Ghostbusters is a PG Movie, this is a PG forum. Nothing should be posted here that would not be found in a PG movie. Your “peace offering” as you called it, goes against such rules.

Sinister you're right. But this is a thread about The 40 yr.Old Virgin, which is rated R. But whatever. Ghostbusters may be rated PG, but it ain't so innocent. Dan Akroyd dreams about getting a bj from a sexy ghost. And in order to bring about Gozer, Dana and Luis had to fornicate(Gatekeeper, Keymaster), pretty dirty stuff.

There is a difference between a movie implying something that only older audiances would understand, and blatantly showing it.

Let's get back on topic now, this thread will be locked if it goes to hell again.

Okay, fair enough, but the topic is about the 40 yr. Old Virgin a movie for mature audiences, technically the only people who would be interested in this thread would've seen the movie or are interesting in seeing it, so why wouldn't the thread itself be for a more mature audience. And as adults on this site, which most of us are, especially to like Ghostbusters, and the cartoon. Shouldn't there at least be a more adult oriented forum, or are you okay with fraternizing exclusively with minors on a website. That's sounds a lot worse to me, Mr. Jackson.

Rusty, as adults, we have the freedom to go where we wish on the net, this is a GHOSTBUSTER forum, it attracts children, teens and older members. As ALL users can access ALL parts of the site, it would be irresponsible of older members to allow explicetly adult material. If you want to discuss “adult material” go join a site specifically for that purpose!

Bottom line, this site is fun for members of any age, we will NOT segregate. Not all adults have a desire to discuss the subjects you want to.
