Still saying no demo. If it comes out in the UK it's because of the Sony Exclusive and they have a care to entice the folks acrossed the pond. Even if it did come out in NA at the last second it will only be the consoles. I've been noticing this trend of screwing PC owners with no preorder exclusives. Yet the consoles have alternate uniforms and a proton pack (albeit its ugly).
Despite your optimism Scotty I don't think it's going to matter here. Besides, the game comes out in 12 more days anyways. As for the footage being “leaked”… its not being leaked when 1up has a feed for a play through. And if a non disclosure still held them legally it wouldn't have ever happened. It's still poor form.

It doesn't really, but as I said, game demos vary from game to game. It all depends on what game it is and how popular they think it will be.
I consider everything a leak except for when it is shown by the developer themselves. Think of it this way, Terminal Reality has full control over what to show and now. If they show it to more people they run a higher risk of spoilers being released and thus some developers don't divulge any plot secrets until the game is one shelves.
