In the cut scene right after the opening, as Janine speaks on the phone, Slimer( in his containment tank) is seen trying to guess the image on the other side of the Zenner cards that Peter used in his test in the first movie.
Also the jury rigged collander that Louis Tulley wore in the first film is sported by Dr. Selwyn in a cut scene after the fight with Stay Puft, and in the scene in the Wii version Ray is seen wearing it when the rookie is introduced.
