Disco Inferno

So, y'ever been riding down the street listening to the radio–or, actually, only half-way listening because you're thinking about other things–and then joy strikes your mind when you hear the music from a popular show?

I was ignoring everything but suddenly wish I was a the party of a cougar-weidling, bear-in-his-apartment accountant's party when Disco Inferno played on the radio.

I can only imagine why this made me feel happy inside, and now (tonight rather) I must go home, watch the movie and play the game again.

Happy day!

Right there with ya…for me it's “On Our Own” from GB2. Not played a lot, even when released in 1989..but once in a while I'll hear it on the phone when they tell you to “hold on”. Actually grabs me a bit more than the Ghosthead National Anthem/GB1 as that song intentionally evokes the inner “who you gonna call?” as opposed to a soundtrack track.

Seriously? You've heard it when an operator puts you on hold? That's awesome. I love that song, and it totally makes me happy every time I hear it just on shuffle on my iPhone.

I often hear On Our Own and In The Name Of Love at the supermarkets around here. Once in a while Cleanin Up The Town comes on. I always text my busters when that happens.

I always get excited when I heard the Ghostbusters theme any where… on the radio, tv, parties… one of my fave motivational songs ever.

Also love the “Higher and Higher” cover song by Howard Huntsberry.
