Heartless or not, I'm going to have to agree with Matthew.

She looks like something out of Silent Hill.

Naw, there was a ways to go yet before the thread got really heartless.

People get sick, people get abused, and people come out wired to dig on dressing like a woman. And some people have all three happen - it's just statistics.
