4,99$ and 0,99$ sir! :p

Only $4.99? Really? That is a deal/. Usually everything is at least $10 or 800 Microsoft points and oh yeah you can't specifically buy 800 points. You have ot buy a 1000 at least which leads to you spending more for one thing. Also nothing else worth getting on Marketplace cost less than 500 points. Again, nothing that is worth getting. I am sure I could buy a wallpaper or something, but it is not worth that.

a sandbox ghostbuster game would be amazingly fun, everyone has there own taste and me for 1 love the GTA franchise, now i would love to be able to recieve a call, slide down that pole, change outfit, jump into the ecto-1, blast the sirens, then speedily make my way to the location with the sound of peter venkman cracking jokes and ray and egon talking strategy and winston going on about liking jesus's style, it would be amazing, so please atari, add this next time

Wouldn't that get tedious though? Also, in all GTA games, sometimes I am driving halfway around the city that is huge to do a not even a 5 minute mission or even I am driven all the way across the city to just deliver one little package.

I know let's make it more realistic buy making the Ecto-1 one run out of gas, So you have to refill after every mission or even run out of as on the road so you can simulate you getting out an actually having to push the car down to the nearest gas station with Peter complaining. I'm sorry, it is just that sometimes that pissed me off about the GTA games. Driving stopped being fun because I am running around the whole city for nothing worth doing. So instead I just hitch a taxi to take me there is 5 minutes spending very little.

The only way I can accept a sandbox Ghostbusters game is if everything I do is no more than a 2 minute drive away and if I can have the option to get out of the Ecto-1, strap on a proton pack, and destroy everything with it.

i 100% understand that, sometimes GTA does get a little frustrating, so really the only way i see it being introduced to please everybody, would be to make it so, when you get into the ecto-1 you have an option to trip skip, so your there after the screen goes blank for like 2 seconds, like gta, and those who wanna drive ‘like me’ and lets say gta fans that will be buying the game, can drive there, maybe even drive there with police escort lol and crowds cheering you on

I guess that would be awesome. I never said it would be a bad idea, I just said that it will only work if they do it right. I'd hate for a GB game to be criticized for bad driving because it takes me 20 minutes to just get the next mission.

Maybe….actually, it would be awesome if we could drive to only on the final mission of the game with people screaming '“Ghostbusters”

not a bad idea, but i dnt think they shud leave the driving to the final mission lol am not saying they cant cuz in the movies it is actually (mainly) the final face off that you see them driving to the location, so with that being said, maybe i can give that 1 to you for sure lol, but i would just like to be able to take a drive in the ecto-1 to the location, dont no why, i just love that car lol

I agree it would be fun.

So I think we found a middle ground. Driving Ecto-1 would be fun, only if it is done right and have the ability to skip the actual driving section if need be.

The Force Unleashed wasn't a “sandbox” game, but they came back and put in another level. Was it the best level of the game? No, but I did like the idea of being able to go on and continue the adventure with a character I liked.

Same as Fable II: The content wasn't huge, but it gave me a chance to go back and revisit the game after I completed it, along with some new items so my character doesn't look like a big dope.

But back on topic, fun things would be: Real Ghostbusters jumpsuits or skins, and the chance to either recreate missions from the films or even an episode of the animated series. Driving missions? Eh, I don't know if the engine is able to do that. That one may be a stretch.

I'd gladly revisit the game after I complete it to get some extra goodies, or the occasional new “bust”.

I still want a Ghostbusters uniform for my Avatar.

Pretty much this.

As far as DLC goes… I hope that, eventually, they'd add in more online multiplayer missions than what's on the disc and maybe more characters for online (GBs and ghosts), but other than that, I don't know. Am I the only person who isn't disappointed that there's no instance of driving the Ecto around in the game? I would much rather be hanging out the window blasting ghoulies.

On the subject of a GB sandbox game… I think that instead of a that, it would be more fun to have a random mission generator. Say they do map out the entire island of Manhattan, just make it so there's a good number of significant buildings or areas where a ghost could appear. You get a call and are directed there. You have to drive to that point and can't get out of the car until you do (if people insist on driving). You get there, it shows a short scene of you and the guys getting out of the car and going into the place where the ghosts are, you nab ‘em, and collect. It’d be a neat way to generate money for upgrades and a break from the linearity of the story. Just what I'd do if I was in charge. Plus… the sandbox genre is kind of getting old. There have been just so many since GTA3. I'm honestly happier that Ghostbusters is going to be more story driven. =P
