I'd rather wait for a sequel with lots of new things than some very short 10$ DLC…

I suppose, if you had to choose. I don't think the two are mutually exclusive, so let's talk about DLC ideas and get excited! :-(

I'd like to see new equipment, some Ecto-1B sequences and some new busting. Or new multiplayers modes.

I was talking with someone about this lastnight. I thought that it would be cool if we had a “flashback” mission that explored what happened in 1991 (like Skanker Made mention of) through “flashback” episodic DLC's

Great idea for DLC: More “Most Wanted Ghosts” for multi-player. I love the idea of that. Just add some RGB villains, Vigo, the Scoleri Brothers, Gozer's “human” form, and a Terror Dog. Problem of “missing” characters solved, and a neat aspect of multi-play continued.

I think a “boss battle” mode would rock in multi-play. More multi-player scenarios and maps.
